Yes — CityRyde bike taxis are safe when you use a verified operator. All Sarathis are KYC-verified, rides are live-tracked with SOS, and helmets are mandatory. Always verify Sarathi photo and number plate before starting the ride.
Download the CityRyde Customer app, sign up with your mobile, enter pickup and drop, choose bike / auto / cab, confirm and pay in-app or with cash. Bookings are 24x7 in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam.
Visit the Sarathi Onboarding page, fill the online registration form, upload your Aadhaar, RC and licence. Verification takes 24-48 hours. There is zero commission and daily payouts.
