Delete Your Account

The fastest way to remove your account is through the CityRyde mobile application. This option is available to both riders and drivers at any time.

1. 1 Open the CityRyde rider or driver app on your device.
2. 2 Navigate to Profile → View Profile → Account Information.
3. 3 Tap the menu icon and select Delete My Account.
4. 4 Follow the on-screen prompts to review the consequences and confirm your deletion.

If you are unable to access the CityRyde app or prefer to submit a manual request, our support team will process your deletion upon receiving a written request.

Please include the following information:

• Your registered phone number or email address
• Reason for deletion (optional — helps us improve our service)

• All personal information — including your ride history, saved addresses, and payment details — will be permanently erased from CityRyde's systems.
• Any active ride requests or scheduled bookings will be automatically cancelled at the time of deletion.
• Deletion requests submitted via email are processed within 7 business days of receiving your request.
• You will receive a confirmation notification once your account has been successfully removed.
